Good day,



Self YOGANANTH.P writing this from OMR chennai. Self has purchased a villa ( ARENA PHASE II - 434 ) from Builder CASA GRAND and the same has been taken possesion on 04-DEC-2021 after all the construction works completed.

However the present association secretary Mr. RAMKUMAR ( MOB : 9444465046 ) intentionally denying my rights to enter the common area citing previous maintenance charge pending from builder.

Self has explained to Mr. RAM KUMAR several times in MAIL, PHONE, TELEGRAM & IN PERSON about this maintenance charges but still he insists me to fight with Builder to pay the money.

He is being a SECRETARY and Legally representing the association could easily chased builder and collected pending funds from them. how ever himself and casagrand officials are hand in gloves and playing with house owners and denying my rights. I was present in one of the EGM meeting organised by Mr. Ramkumar but at the final moment he has cancelled the meeting unilaterally even though i was insisting to conduct in order to discuss on this issue.

Because of his illegitimate rules my BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS TO ENTER MY PORTION OF LAND IS DENIED. I request HUMAN RIGHTS DEPARTMENT to look in to the matter urgently and arrange use the common amenities.
