I bought a new Aqua Sure RO Elegant model from CSD Canteen in July 2011. It installed but the service provider did not check the functioning status because of lack of power pint.We got a power point installed, on plugging, water was leaking. After several calls the service personnel came and found that the tube was defective and replaced it after several days. Same night the flush stopped working. Several calls but no response. After few days there was no water supply from the tap. Several calls later service personnel came. he said the flush was blocked. Adapter was malfunctioning. The pressure booster appeared old and there were carbon particle deposits on it. After several calls and internet complaints, a senior service personnel Mr Zubeen Ahmed came and saw the problems. I even emailed him the photographs of the pressure booster. Since i was not happy with this new unit of aqua sure and i had doubts that this was a defective piece, i asked him to replace the complete unit with a functional new unit. After few days he came and just replaced the parts yesterday. After that still the Aqua sure is not functioning. There is leakage of water. And i have doubts whether it is really serving its purpose. I want the unit to be replaced with a new one. I havent been able to use water from it for a single day. I have doubts regarding the purity of water. The unit is still under warranty. I expect them to either replace it with a new one because i have no faith in this model now. Hoping for a kind and quick response. Thanking you in anticipation.
