Complaint Details
I booked my car to avail the logistics services of this company thinking that it is the franchisee of VRL Logistics Ltd and Vinay RoadLine Pvt Ltd, the two most reputed packers and movers in India. Later when I found that they were misusing my car and had a vague profile of a road line and had no franchise of the reputed logistics companies in India, I cancelled my booking and rescued my car from them. But the person owning this company is avoiding to pay my booking advance INR 9300 although he had promised to pay the amount when I cancelled the booking. It has a eye catching website vrllogisticsvinayroadline.myomni.in to target the gullible customers who want to shift the cars by truck. I have filed the police complaints at my local police station and at his police station.
