Dear Sir/ Mam,

I ordered a bag from Myntra. They delivered package with empty box. I request you to take strict action against them. I need refund of full paid amount 2390 rs. (Paid by Google pay on delivery).
Delivery boy didn't allow me to open package before payment. He left saying talk to customer service. I talked with them but they didn't refund my hard earned money. Kindly help me at the earliest.
