Complaint Details
I bought a Aquaguard RO (Aquaguard total enhance) on 9 august, 2011. It was installed to my place next day.
However after installation, I noticed that its making a lot of sound every few hours. Even their technician confirmed me that the motor is defective and ask me to contact the sales person for replacement. However, after many repeated followup and request, nothing has been done to rectify the problem.
