Hi,
I bought a new TOTAL SENSA SMP on Sep. 11th, 2011.It started malfunctioning on the same night. Not maintaing the TDS leven plus or minus 100 as intended.Sometimes it is giving TDS level of 13 .Sometimes 290.Operating under INTEL/AUTO Mode. After 2 weeks they replaced but again it started giving HUGE MOTOR NOISE like a SCOOTER/AUTO noise and the staff did not show the TDS level maintaing. Now we switched OFF this totally and requested them to attend the complaint and no body is turning up. Here is the Eureka Forbes Web/Phone Requests:

It's pathetic. If they can't repair I would expect MONEY back.
