I have an issue with the return pickup. The return was picked up by a wrong
Myntra associate but did not return or update the item pickup on the
website.
Here are the details:
Date/Time of Pickup: *09 September 1PM*
4 item picked up by the person, return IDs: *4276106800*, *4276107336*,
*4276107268*, *4276107072*
Received confirmation for return id: *4276106800*
When I asked the return pickup person, he said you will receive the other
SMS after some time.
I received Phone from this number for return pickup +911169097901 and I
called around 6PM about the SMS not received, the person said, you will get
the message by 8PM but I did not receive SMS and from next I can call to
this number, seems it is a dynamic number.
I have raised multiple complaints but every time the complaints are being
closed with out resolution. I called customer care but the person has no
clue how to address or resolve this. A person from customer care called me
on 12 or 13th September saying, do not worry we will receive the product
and you will get a refund, so I am closing the ticket.
It seems all the customer care person is caring about closing the ticket
but not about the customer's query or resolution. I have opened several
tickets and even sent the picture of the person who picked the product but
no resolution. Example: IN22091001584863371970 no reason provided why the
ticket was closed.
I called again on 17th but the customer care person said, we have
investigated internally and found the product was not picked up. So, you
will not get a refund.
I have contacted the Myntra associate and with his permission recorded the conversation. Attached here. Again sent the conversation to Myntra but they declined saying they did not receive the product and they investigated internally. Now, how can they investigate when they did not speak to the associate?
