Complaint Details
I am new user to swiggy and i ordered few food items. The order was accepted. But the restaurant did not have major of items, so they did not prepare anything. The rider went to location and came to know the situation and tried reaching m, but my number was not reachable knowing this i tried contacting him but his number was of some agency office number. I then texted him my number through there app and rider reached me. he then was asking to replace for existing items. by then swiggy cancelled the order. I was thinking that refund will be intiated by swiggy since they cancelled it. I was waiting for more than two weeks and did not get refund. Now when i tried asking about the refund they accepted the mistake but they said that refund request has to be initated 48 hours. THe cancellation was not done by me. why will i initiate the refund request. They also made me wait for 2 hours in the process of this conversation. The order id is :#148756084884
