Complaint Details
I have opted APS Packers and Movers to ship my Household items from Mumbai (Mira Road) from my residence to Yammiganur Andhra Pradesh shipped on 8th October 2022. The Service provider has Shipped the items to Kurnool which is 100 Km away from Yammiganur and wants us to pick them up. We wanted the service provider to ship the items to Yammiganur which has not happen, and this is a concern for me.

Now they say if you want the household items shipped you pick it up on your own or leave it or pay Rs 5000 extra to ship them to Yammiganur Andhra Pradesh.

My Concern is that he has not delivered the household items as agreed to Yammiganur as agreed.

I have already paid Rs 21303 via UPI Transaction
