Complaint Details
I had ordered for some interior wood work in my son's recently acquired flat. Sales team was clearly told ,the flat is to be let out at the earliest, so tell me maximum time you will take. I was assured of 45 days fast track ( by Mr Mihir) wef 20 Sep 2022. Subsequently it kept getting postponed . Based on estimates I had identified a tenant signed and registered à rent agreement for letting out flat wef 01Dec 2022. The stores of wood work finally reached site on 21 Sep 2022. Thereafter they promised work would definitely start on 25 Nov and then 28 Nov etc. The work has not yet started there has been no update or input from No Broker ,90% of the payment has already been paid. How would I face the tenant. I am going through so much of stress and tension already past 70 yrs of age with comorbidities - No Broker making me run around and visit the flat daily waiting for their team to arrive . Can I expect No Broker team to be truthful and furnish regular update .Creating unnecessary tension with lies . Why did yhey promise me there is fast track solution to my needs just to make me pay and confirm the order. Shameless guys.
