I have purchased a flat in 2018 from sriram property in mangadu project name divine city. It was supposed to be delivered in 2020 as per the agreement. Due to corona issues we gave additional 1year to complete. Now it's 2022 ending till now UDS also has not been registered and no specific date for handover. i am at financial loss as i have just paying pre EMI as house in not handed over and it's not reducing from my principal. Even it i want to cancel no proper response and all unnecessary cancellation charges they are telling. I aggred to pay sale Aggreement charges but they are also leving the unnecessary building cancellation charges.
