Complaint Details
I have received a damaged product (Tommy Hilfiger, Men White Printed, Sweatshirt, Size: M). It has a small hole and the thread are coming out near the neck. I have raised a complaint to return the product, but the website is not return and they are saying that it was delivered in proper condition.
Packet was in good condition when I received but one of the sweatshirt was intentionally folded in such a way so that the damage is not visible and it looks like the person who packed the product already knew that the product is damaged and tried to do something with his/her dirty hands as it is clearly visible that there is fingerprint near that part. When I filed a complaint to return the product, Myntra simply denied without giving any proper reason. I have raised complaint and the ticket numbers are: 1) IN22112915093572373612 and 2) IN22112812322627849303
