Complaint Details
For the repair of ifb machine, we had googled the ifb service number and www.ifbservicecentres.com
Popped up, we contacted them and they sent a technician Bohar Singh, he broke the stand of machine and shocker of machine and repaired it and charged Rs.4500, later we faced the same problem as before and contacted the service centre, we asked them to change the technician or give refund and now there is no response from their side.
Please help and resolve the matter as soon as possible
