Complaint Details
As per the article share by the DGCA it is mandatory to refund the full payment to the passenger who is booking the ticket. But these guys are reluctant and only looking for paying it to the passenger whose name is written in the ticket.
My Mother - Sushila Gulati (Passed Away already)
My Sister - Charu Gulati (Not in talking terms)
The background can be checked that I have paid all the bookiing payments using my cards. The easemytrip is not helping and nor even replying now to transfer the refunded money from their personal wallet back to my bank account. If someone is paying and booking on behalf is eligible to get a refund to make the repayments. If they are keeping the money in my wallet (which I can reuse) then why hesitant to transfer to my bank? This is not acceptable and simply dodging their customers.
