I bought jewellery product in Amazon after coming it doesnot match the original product on the same day i want to return then I click return option on 9th dec 2022 itself.on 10th dec pickup agent came and pickedup the product and went but status didn't update as pickedup and refund not processed so same day i raised a complaint customer service associate said to wait 74days to update but it didn't update daily i contant them raise the complaint but they didn't show any concern on my issue they said they should investigate again wait for 10days then again I contact them they said pickup is not done Amazon service in your area said they is not pickup done...oh my god I lost my patience what's happening i called to pickup agent who picked my product he didnt attend my calls or didn't respond to my mezs.after 20days customer service associates said we won't refund your amount because there is no pickup done in your side.then again I begged them that pickup agent didn't attending my calls or respond to my mezs once investigate him atleast i want my product back.they didnt process my refund till now it's around 6600 product value they didn't concern my issue.pickup agent lied that he didnt pick the product though he picked it they believed him but not me.till now I feeling sad about thiz issue till now I didn't get my refund plz i want my refund back
