My Policy No.is P/161130/01/2023/045921.The Policy is in the 7th year.It was last renewed from 5.7.22 through PolicyX.It was only discerned recently through helpdesk@policyx.com that VITAL issues like my Heart CABG bye-pass surgery of 2006 was deliberately and silently recorded as only 'cholesterol'!My repeated Complaint to Star Health to have the PED corrected for Heart & Respiratory issues correctly recorded & covered in the 7 year old Health Insurance Policy have not elicited a proper reply,suggesting a collusion between Star Health & Policyx/bazaar in pushing through health policies.The recorded PED was never communicated o me till my current year's renewal through PolicyX and reported against immediately to Star Health,in vain.I pray that this be got corrected immediately as without the 'heart-related' issue cover,this policy where I pay a significant amount,for a pensioner,annually.
