A Mechanical Timer Switch was ordered from Quick Sense Innovations, Faridabad, Haryana, by my son Farhan Sethna via his Amazon Account on the 17th October 2022. From the very first day the gadget wasn’t working. The company was approached via their Whatsapp chat for refund or replacement within a month. There is no direct number on which I could speak to anyone. Every message from my side was replied after several days and the same standard replies were given. I was asked to describe my problem, send video and order number repeatedly and finally no response from the Seller since 7th December 2022. Have sent several reminders on Whatsapp chat but just been ignored.
