DEAR SIR, I HAVE BIKE THUNDER BIRD 350 BSIV, I MET AN ACCIDENT IN NOVEMBER'22 WHEN I WAS RIDING BIKE AND CHASIS AND HANDLE GOT DAMAGED, SO ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT SINCE THEN, ROYAL ENFILD HAD MADE SEVERAL COMMITTMENTS BUT NO REPLY RECEIVED, SO I AM ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT OF BIKE, WHICH THEY ARE NOT REPLYING, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION ON THEM AND I WILL NEED BIKE REPLACMENT WITH NEW BIKE .
WE ALL ARE FANTACISED BY ROYAL ENFIELD AND LOOKING AT THE SERVICE THEY ARE PROVIDING TO CLIENTS , WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY NEW BIKE FROM ROYAL ENFILED BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PARTS AVAILABLE IN THEIR STORES OR COMPANY.
