With reference to the above mentioned , I have to take up this step as nobody is bothered to look into my issue , and resolving the same is now very much difficult, Sir, This is really depressing that even I have not travelled tha train and put TDR as train was late by more than 3 hours on 07.08.2022 kaifiyat express(12225) for return of my money though my request has been cancelled reason I have travelled which is false. Please recheck and give my amount of rs 1150/- , On the very same day I have booked a bus ticket PNR ZB220806211103 dated 06.08.2022. TDR filed against PNR Number 2507826150 on 06.08.2022 and got repudiate message on 07.09.2022 from railways. I did so many mails and complaints but nobody is responding onto the same. Please look into the issue sir and hoping to get my hard earned money back. Note Attachment of rail ticket , tdr and bus ticket is provided
