Complaint Details
I ordered battery for my Realme Narzo 30 Pro 5g but recieved worng battery. When i raised replacment request they asked me courier back the battery for replacment. After couriering to them they are now claiming that there is no battery in the box and rejecting the replacement. I want the replacment or refund from them.
