Dear Sir,

I’m writing this to inform you that Last Year I had applied for MPH admission in your university and paid Rs. 5000/- as admission fees token amount on dated 18th April 2022 (Screenshot of payment attached). But due to some serious personal family problems, I was unable to join the program. Furthermore, I informed the same situation to your counselor helpline no. on 22nd April 2022.  Also at the time of paying the advance amount, your university counsellor assured me that if due to some reasons you will not join the course, we will refund the same amount without any deduction. 
So, I requested for the refund of my admission fees over your helpline number from last 1 year. Since last 1 year I have called your helpline number around 50-60 times to refund my admission fees but didn’t get any satisfactory response from your end. (you can track call records for the same). In the first six months (April 2022 to Oct '2022), they said we are busy in the counseling/admission process, so it will take time to refund your admission fees ,once the admission/ counseling process will finish.
And from the last six months (October 2022 to till date) they are saying, you will receive a mail and call on your registered contact details to confirm and collect your account details regarding refund of your admission fees, but till date I have not received any call or mail regarding this. 
At last I'm saying that from Last 1 year I was harassed a lot due to your poor and irresponsible system. So, I request you to kindly refund my money with interest.
