Sir i would need direction and help to raise a pertinent issue of many Indian aggregators not providing any customer service contacts to address issues faced by bonafide customers.
In my Case Zoomcar, which took all money for providing a service in advance with a security deposit.
But as the contract ended they simply deducted all security and slapped another charge with no clarity or reason.
My issue is they do not have any listed number or email where one can connect to take clarifications.
they simply work on chatbots and IVR calls-
We had to go to social media to get their attention,
This is a menace with many others aggregators too.Completly Unfair
You are kindly requested to take note and provide guidance and help to us bonafide customers to address such issues.
