Hi all,

I have booked the ticket from Lucknow to Bangalore today , by mistake wrong name was added for my child . So when upon checking with the easemytrip customer care they are simply telling to cancel the ticket and rebook. So i did cancel it.
But when I have cross checked with airline Indigo , i got the information that if name correction is done within 4 hours it is possible without any cost.

So why easemytrip customer care is misguiding the people and unnecessary giving wrong information.This is very serious matter i will escalate this to higher authority.
