Complaint Details
I raise a request for reissuance of the fastag on 1st april 2023 but for some reason (from their end side) my current fastag shows "CLOSED '' in the toll booth . and the Airtel thanks app shows a screenshot attached .Also I'm not getting a new fastag.I have called multiple times regarding activating my current fastag. They told me to wait for 2 days but till date my problem has not  been resolved .I have booked a complaint regarding this issue on airtel payment bank and my complaint No is : 20053349. Please provide resolution as soon as possible.
