Complaint Details
I own a Eureka Forbes Water Purifier, Model Aquaflo. I have purchased a service contract of two years from the company. I am located in siliguri.
Since the water was not being purified cleanly, I lodged a complaint at the customer care number provided to me in the contract, 0353 2690675, on 23 Sep 2011. My complaint number was 01. But I got no response from the company nor was there any service call made.
I called again to check with the company on 28 Sep 2011 and was told that a service agent from the company will be sent in two days and I recieved no response. It is 4th of Oct and has been 11 days since the complaint was made but I have recieved no response. The contract details I hold with the company are given below. Kindly look into this matter. I am facing a lot of problem as I have no clean drinking water.
