Complaint Details
I, Simadree Mohapatra, would like to bring to your attention an issue with my PF account. I joined Tech Mahindra on September 20, 2018 ( Offer Letter attached), but had to leave the organization on September 22, 2018, due to my family health issue. I informed my manager verbally, but there was no written communication.
Recently, when I checked my LWD in my PF account, I noticed that it was updated as November 13, 2018. I contacted Tech Mahindra to change the LWD, but they refused, citing that I had absconded from the service and had a negative FNF statement. They said they couldn't change my LWD as they had already issued all forms like FORM 16, FORM 12BA, and respective months' pay slips (September, October, and November 2018).
I requested them to show or share my bank account details where the salary and FNF had been credited, but unfortunately, they were unable to produce the same. Additionally, bank details were missing from the pay slips. Tech Mahindra has forged my Pay slips and other forms. Furthermore, it seems that they have conveniently updated the LWD in the PF portal.

Due to this issue, the PF account shows the 2 employments over the same period which overlaps with the next organization (Quess Corp). Kindly advise Tech Mahindra to change my LWD in my PF account so that I can regularize my PF Issue.
