Complaint Details
I have purchased an AMC from Eureka Forbes for my water purifier with the promise that the purifier will consistently operate effectively. However, after the first service was performed, the purifier is no longer functioning correctly. It is producing a loud noise, and some parts were damaged by the service engineer. Furthermore, a few required replacements have not been carried out because the necessary new parts are unavailable. The service center has now informed me that I should purchase a new machine, as they are unable to assist due to the company discontinuing the product.
