Complaint Details
We Booked Tickets from Easemytrip from Jaipur to Pantnagar and vice versa and our return journey was cancelled by the airlines due to weather forcast and they initiate the refund on 9 Jan 24 to easemytrip but company is giving excuses since more than 25 days saying that refund is pending at airlines end and airlines confimred me over the mail they sent the refund on 9 jan to the company account.
Easemytrip unable to help me,they cheated us and they dont want to give the full refund.
