Sir,

I am writing this letter to register a complaint against your service personnel Mr.Vinod Kr Maurya, responsible for providing service to the area around Ashoka Enclave Sec35, Faridabad.

This is to inform you that I have brought Aquaguard Sure Delight NXT 6-Stage Water Purifier | RO+UV+UF Tech from Amazon on 18.10.2024. After installation we have also entered the details in the app for future reference.
However we have not requested any service of this newly installed machine till date.

Mr. Vinod Maurya was responsible for servicing our old water purifier (also an Eureka Forbes model) and he had been coming to our house for the past few years. However, since last year, he had been pestering /forcing us to discard the machine and install a new one and also informed us that he could avail us discounts if we purchased the same from him. Upon enquiry he said the models cost between 13k/- to 16k.

Since we were not keen to buy from him, we scouted around and found our model in Amazon . Upon purchase , when he came to know about it ( do not know the source from where he got this information) , he abused me verbally saying that it was not the right thing for us to do as we were bound to buy from him only.

I also informed him that I would not be keen to have him as my service provider and would request for another person as he is not only rude but also did not respect our private time and came at odd hours to do the servicing.

Despite my refusal to have him service the machine, on 2.12.2004, he forcefully entered my premises to "check the salinity of tap water and purity of the R.O water".

I had informed him that both these parameters were checked by the person who came to install it two months back.

He also threatened me verbally that he was the one who shall be coming to my house since it was UNDER HIS AREA, and that I could not do anything otherwise, I am urgently requesting you to look into this matter. He also called up my husband to pressurise him to comply but my husband did not pick up the call.

I repeat that I do not want Mr. Maurya to service my R.O and would be obliged if you could assign someone else.
