We purchased aquaguard Reviva after a sales person from Eureka Forbes visited our house and brain washed about their new product. They tested the conditions of water and announced that their product is suitable. So we gave in and bought the product. But from very few days after it was purchased it was giving problems continuously. We also have an AMC scheme. But each and every time we complain the service provider turns up only after a month. Now they are not at all responding. The product lays at house only occupying space. It has also created health problems during usage.
