model no.ZPLU-OPP A3X 5G STARRY PURPLE 30854, MOTHER BOARD DEFFECTIVE. I purchased on 09.02.2025 i was given on 17 th of March,2025.No response from customer care and store. they asked again why you purchased oppo brand. they help less to us. I was mentally upset because i was running small store and there is no contact and online deliveries also suffer by us.
