To whom it may concern,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the lack of response and resolution regarding my service request, which has been pending since February 22, 2025.

The issue pertains to your product, the LVAC VOICE PRO, which I believe to be defective. It ceased to function after only 20 instances of use. This is unacceptable for a product of its supposed quality and price point and which was supposed to be used daily.

My attempts to resolve this issue have been met with consistent unresponsiveness. My multiple communications with your customer service team have gone unanswered. I have also reached out to your local Bangalore teams, but they have been equally unresponsive.

Furthermore, my attempts to escalate the issue through your grievance team have been unsuccessful. They have been unable to provide any assistance, and my emails to them have gone unanswered. I have included the email trail for your reference.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this issue, including a replacement or refund for the defective product.

I hope that this matter can be resolved quickly and amicably. However, I am prepared to take further action if necessary.
