Dear Sir, This is regarding a Water purifier purchased on April 5, 2025 through Eureka Forbes website. The details are below: Customer id - 6005642840 Product purchased - Aquaguard Delight NXT RO+UV+UF
Delivery date was supposed to be -7th April However, after repeated reminders there is no product delivery done. The customer care representatives admits that a product is bought against the customer id and the customer care representatives are continuously raising reminders through their systems to delivery department of Eureka Forbes. But the delivery department of Eureka Forbes is sleeping. Would request your intervention and take action against Eureka Forbes for not delivering the product and harassing the customer.
