Complaint Details
I have purchased aqua guard from Eureka Forbes Ltd about 6 years back. After the warranty period, the mahchine is on maintenance contract. The present AMC is valid upto Jun'2014. For last two months, the machine is giving many problems. The service personnel are not attending the complaint. After repeated requests and reminders, they have returned back the machine on 01/10/2011, the day we went on dusserah vacation. today i.e. on 08/10/2011, we returned back and notice that the machine is not working. having taken the amc fees, they not responding to us. Please help us in this regard.
