Complaint Details
My abovementioned complain no. was generated on 1.10.2011 in respect of a water filter purchased only on 23.08.2011. I was surprised to see that a new water filetr is not working within 1 months 7 days only. On 1.10.2011 i was assured that the service tecnician would attend and solve the problem within 24 hrs. Nobody came on 2nd of Oct. I tried hard to call the customer care no but lines were busy. Again on 3rd October i called the customer care and again it was assured that the problem will be resolved within 24 hrs. I am very sorry to say that the problem has not been solved till 10.30 A.m. of 8.10.2011 and i faced lot of difficulty due to misrepresentation. Now I need that my product should be replaced and compensation should be given for facing mental agony and time spent for calling customer care centres again and again and making me fool every time.
