Complaint Details
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the repeated delivery of damaged water purifier units from Eureka Forbes, despite raising two replacement requests. The product in question is valued at ₹70,000, and it was delivered without proper RO and UV filtration.
The current unit is producing stained and foul-smelling water, which has led to health issues in my household. This is not only unacceptable but also dangerous, especially considering the premium price paid for a reliable and safe water purifier.
We have been following up with Mr. Sayaji Londhe (Contact: 9821333007) for the past 10 months, but no resolution has been provided. Instead, we were advised to transfer the machine to another branch and apply for a new one, which is not a fair or acceptable solution.
We request the following actions immediately:
A full replacement of the unit with a properly functioning model that includes RO and UV filtration.
Compensation or refund for the inconvenience, health risks, and prolonged follow-up.
Please treat this matter with utmost urgency. If we do not receive a satisfactory response within 7 working days, we will be forced to escalate the issue to the Consumer Forum and other relevant authorities.
