Dear Sir,

I’ve been using Aqua Guard Water purifier for last 20 years and have been happy and satisfied customer. I’ve been regularly purchasing AMS. Please see attached current 2 year AMS valid till November 2026.

For AMC regular service, Sanjay (Technician) came for AMC service on 27-NOV-2025. He was untrained and unprofessional and broke working Aqua Guard. He broke bowl and now machine is giving electrical shocks. Machine is leaking and not working.

I’ve raised complaint CM-271125-62797628 on 27-Nov-25 but no resolution yet.

I’ve been calling customer service but unable to speak to anyone because your system does not allow. Mr. Sumit Jadhav called back on 30NOV 2.15pm IST and said he would be point of escalation. He did not share his contact number and then disappeared.

My father is super senior citizen and mother is senior citizen. They are at huge risk of water borne diseases. I’ve spent more than Rs 1500/- in last 6 days on drinking water because the water which comes from Municipality could not be consumed without filtration.

I’m feeling disappointed by lack of service and no channel for human interaction. Seems Eureka Forbes has started treating customers as machines i.e. without empathy.

May I request to fix the aqua guard Nova broken by Sanjay (Technician) on highest priority or refund AMC amount of 4080/-.

Expecting an immediate response today, If you hear long and loyal customer.
