Complaint Details
Purchased Ria Diwan from Big Bazaar , Dhanbad on 25th April'2011, which broke on 27th May'2011. I contacted Mr. Anand by mail also on phone(7739329999) but only assurance was given to me even after four and half months.Till Date it is not replaced as promised to me .Copy of emails sent are attached.
