Hi,
I bought a Aquasure Amrit model last month on 19-09-2011. We started using it from 23-09-2011. Unfortunately the purifier is not working properly and taking 10 hours to filter 3-4 liters of water. But according to the manual it says this model can purify 5-8 liters per hour.
So i lodged my first complaint on 23-09-2011, but i didn't receive any response from them. My first complain number is 9177023023.
From that day onwards i rang them atleast 10 times and spent Rs.100/- for phone calls, but still no response for any of my complaints.
I even asked them to provide the contact numbers of their service centers at our place,they said they have not updated the contact numbers, once they gave me one number.
The person with whom i spoke is manager Rudra and he said he wont deal with Aquasure.
So with this service i think i cant keep the product, because i am on holiday and after this my parents should deal to this issue which is impossible.
So please kindly go through the compliant and solve the issue either by asking them to send a service person or by knowing me the process of returning the product and getting my money back.
