Complaint no. 85623517 was logged on 1/10/11 because our Aquaguard RO riviva's water pressure was slow. Out product was purchased on 20/3/11 and after one year on 27/3/11 cartarge,candle,sediment,precarbon,membrane and post carbon were preplaced for which we have paid 3855.00 rupees.
Before replacing the technicial had tried to convince us to buy the extended service warrent for which we had declined.
End of june waster water stppend and filter stopped working and after continuous complaints ,the technician has told us the filter had to be replaced. For which we dint agree and after continuous excuses that the filter is not available etc he came on 9th July and fixed it without issuing us a recipt for the samee and told us not to tell the service center that he has not charged us for the service and that the next time something like this happens we will have to pay and that as soon as the waster water flow becomes slow we should call him.Hence as sooon as water pressure became slwo we called him on 1st of Oct 2011.
Servicing Technician came on 9/10/11 after one week of continuous complaints and without checking tells us membrane will have to be replaced and the whole thing will cost approx 3000rupees.How can a technician know which part has to be replaced even without checking.As per my knowledge and usage a new filter generally lasts for almost 1year.
We have been facing continous problems due to this faulty replacement filter.
Kindly look into it as soon as possible.As we don't want to pay Rs. 70000 i.e. more than half of the oirginal cost of the filter ever year.
