Complaint Details
After several request through phone, online --Service req. ticket no. 20d17f7b75a2 since last 3 months problem not completely resolved. Change of the lid yet to be done. Please treat the matter urgent. Due to Company's delay in service I had to pay Rs. 100 per day towards purchasing drinking water outside for atleast one month.Temporarily they have solved but still lid yet to be changed as told by them during last service. Still the product is in warranty period.Kindly take the required steps immediately.
