Complaint to CBFP: Eureka Forbes Complaint Number NOV91 logged on Nov 11th is still unattended after many phone calls.
Alleged Motive of Eureka Forbes: Repeated complaints logged are left unattended so that warranty expires and then they can charge for repair.

Problem details: From the time of installation, the system fails to get enabled giving error code 26. Call logged in August 2010 was attended, but problem reappeared on the same day of repair. Call logged on September 4th was not attended so far. Another call logged on November 11th is also not attended. I think Eureka Forbes just wants to postpone servicing the system till the warranty expires so that they can charge the customer for repair. Request your help and intervention in repairing or replacing the system.
