I purchased a Eureka Forbes Easy Clean vacuum cleaner on 14-03-2011, I scarcely used it and during September 2011 it stopped working on 02-10-2011 i lodged a service request at Eureka Forbes website, the web service request ticket no is: 6b8fd4f567c2, but till date I got no response from the company.
I have also registered a service request on phone at their call center on 03-10-2011 ticket no.85637948 but still they have not responded.
