Dear Sir,
I have an AMC with Eurekaforbes contract no 5000055016. I had logged a service request with no 0063698942 dt 14.9.2011. The service was attended by a untrained person and he left the place stating he is not aware of the servicing. Later one person by name Renukaradya (9844142990) attended to the service, he tried to service the filter. Upon suspicion i stopped him work and asked if he has serviced such filter, he confessed that he has not seen such filter. The filter which was atleast working after some circus is now stopped completely and it is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Pl ease help us get justice. The AMC was taken on 28.06.2011 and it is valid till 27.06.2011 upon promise that the filter cartridge will be replaced once in 6 months, till date the filter is not replaced not service is done.
