i am a consumer having water purifier unit (reviva)of eureka forbes with 2 year AMC.i had registered a complaint 3 months before for water leakage in the unit resulted in no purified water under storage and my efforts from customer care to exe.officer for the past three months yielded nil response. i am totally fed-up right from the tech. to service dept head not shown any interest on users problem and deal with lethargically. as a alternate option i submit my grievances for speedy redressal. this is in continuation of my request id no.1626/2011 furnishing with complainee details.
