Complaint Details
I have purchased Aquasure Spring Fresh RO from Eureka Forbes distributor M/s Saif Solutions, Ahmedabad.on 12-07-11. The Unit delivered to me was Old and defective. Since purchase the unit is not functioning properly.
Immediately after purchase of the above said water purifier, the unit started to malfunction and water stopped coming out of the outlet.
I have registered number of complains with their Helpline/Dealer/Service Provider to no anvil.
Complain lodged : In July11, 85285637 dt 5.8.11, 85381095 dt 21-08-11, 85581201 dt 23-09-11. Each time the repair took between 15 days to over one month. After repairs the unit again fails in 15-20 days.
I have written to them( Copy of Letter enclosed) and also spoke to their official at Ahmedabad, requesting replacement of the unit, since it is continously developing defects and seazes of function every 15 days. But they have flatly refused to do so.
I request you to please take up my complain and get my water purifier replaced at the earliest.
