Complaint Details
I have purchased new water purifier from Eureka Forbes but till date installation is pending, I have called customer support multiple times but haven’t received any positive response.
I got the delivery on 6th of January 2011. Delivery person told us that Engineer will visit tomorrow for installation i.e. on 7th January 2011, but unfortunately no one turned up. I again called Customer Support on Saturday 8th January 2011. Support person told me that they will send engineer for before 5 PM same day for installation.
Today its 17th of January 2011 till date no one has came for installation.
Then I called the Customer Council and they have asked me to log the complaint online.
Till date I haven’t received a single call from Eureka Forbes and no one visited for installation.
