I'm using Aquaguard Reviva, which is still under warranty. The AC/DC adapter in my machine is not working. Complaint was registered on Sep 28, 2011. I was promised it will be replaced in 24 hrs. 2 weeks has gone by, still it is not replaced. Complaint nos. are 85611198, 85657857 & ff6450c37153.
Whenever I call up the customer care they don't even have a clue of what my problem is & at the top of it they hang upon me. The people at customer care tell me to contact another no. If I contact that no. they tell me to contact another no. Like this everybody, right from cus care to service center to franchise, everybody ask me to contact some other person. At the end of the day nobody knows whats happening. Worst ever cus care.
I tried to take different route & registered a complaint in their website. Even that didn't evoke any response. Again from their website I registered a complaint with their Customer Care Officer Ms. Anu Kotian. The funny part is that she couldn't even know where I'm from & transferred the complaint to Kerala whereas I'm from Chennai. I had people from Kerala call me & when I said I'm from Chennai, they said they might have got the complaint by mistake. No wonder Eureka Forbes has the worst cus care, if the Cus Care Officer is itself like this, what do you expect from the Cus Care itself.
If this is a vacuum cleaner, I dont mind them taking 2 or more weeks to rectify it since I can manage without it. But with a Water Purifier, we can't even be one day without it. I wonder how the people at Eureka Forbes be so lethargic about it.
I have lost faith in Eureka Forbes that my issue will be resolved. Also I will never ever recommend their products even to my enemy.
