I , sumit kumar have complained to Eureka forbes service centre at patna city branch , bihar on 7 th oct , 2011 , with complaint no. 18 . The employee Mr rajiv ( Mob : 9608313930 ) is not attending my complaint and redress my grievance till 9 pm , 11 oct . On further querying , he and other eureka forbes employees are not attending my call. I have advanced paid the insurance amount Rs 3660 for fulfilling my servicing and maintainence of the product ( Aquaguard reviva RO ) . I also contacted Eureka forbes service centre supervisor ( mob: 9934634008 ) and he too failed to attend my call.
