AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITION THE COMPANY REP IS REQUIRED TO SERVICE THE WATER PURIFIER ONCE IN 3 MONTHS FOR 1 YEAR.THEY HAVNT TURNED UP AFTER SELLING THE EQPT.HOW WILL THEY FULFILL THE SUPPLY OF PURE WATER WITHOUT CLEANING THE FILTER?SOME ONE HAD RUNG UP IN AUG2011 SAYING THAT HE IIS IN TOWN AND WOULD BE COMING FOR SERVICING,BUT HE FAILED TO COME.MY COMPLAINT IS THAT IT AMOUNTS TO DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE.CUSTOMER ID ON BILL IS 1007756451.ANY FURTHER REQUIREMENT WILL B SENT ON HEARING FROM YOU
